The Lutheran Women's Missionary League

The Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML) is the official women’s auxiliary of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. For over 65 years, the LWML has focused on affirming each woman’s relationship with Christ, encouraging and equipping women to live out their Christian lives in active mission ministries and to support global missions.

The mission of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League is to assist each woman of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod in affirming her relationship with the Triune God so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world.

The LWML ladies at First Lutheran Church meet at the church on the second Tuesday of the month at 7p for service projects, Bible study and fellowship. They would love to have you join them in serving the Lord with gladness!

Circles

There are currently three active ladies circles at First Lutheran Church. The Altar Circle, the Mary Martha Circle, and the Youth and Cradle Roll Circle.  Each circle plays a significant role in the life and service of the church. Monthly meetings/Bible studies generally occur on the fourth Tuesday of the month unless otherwise scheduled.

The Miller Boys

The Miller Boys are an active group of volunteers doing many church properties tasks. You might say they are in charge of the upkeep inside of the church and out. They can be found working hard most Wednesday mornings around the church!
